I'd like to try again for a beginner ride as the last attempt failed miserably. The weather finally looks good this weekend, and I have no prior engagements. So here we go: What
First beginner ride (for real this time). Learn your bicycle and how you do riding it. Learn simple repairs and adjustments as well. We'll bring tools. You bring your bike, helmet and thirst for knowledge. Experienced people are of course welcome to come and give advice, help with adjustments, or just get some laps in at their leisure. The loop is 1.1 miles. When 9:00 am, Saturday, 19 December 2015
WhereWe'll meet at the Picnic Loop in Memorial Park. There is plenty of parking at the designated spot on the map, or just to the west near the baseball diamonds. Weather
The forecast is sunny and clear with a high of 66 F. It'll be cold in the morning, but the faster you pedal the warmer you get! Extra Credit
If anybody wants to venture off beyond the Picnic Loop, it's fairly east to ride along Memorial Drive to the Buffalo Bayou trail head at memorial and Shephard. Just don't get lost! - Daniel (979) 997-1769

Ride recap:
Cory and I had an ultimate battle to see who was the king of the road. I didn't do so well. Just wait Cory, I'll get in awesome shape one of these days!
